Lauren earned her acting degree with Honours from the prestigious Flinders Drama Centre at Flinders University, training under leading practitioners Professor Julie Holledge, Professor Michael Morley, Dr Anne Thompson, Dr Tiffany Lyndall-Knight, and Dr Renato Musolino. With over fifteen years of professional experience, she has built a diverse career spanning voiceover, television, film, and theatre.
